Namaste🙏
Naturopathy; What is Naturopathy? Commonly it is also known as “Nature Cure System” the name itself says that nature cures. Naturopathy is a system of medicine that believes in the healing power of nature and so, the main aim of Naturopathy is to emphasize the body’s own efficiency to heal itself. There are several books written, explaining the definition of Naturopathy by giving examples of its success. The essence of these books gives us 10 basic principles on which this whole science of Naturopathy is based on.
These 10 basic principles of Naturopathy are as followed:-
- The body heals itself.
- The main cause of the disease is Enervation.
- The accumulation of the morbid matters cause the disease.
- The acute disease in itself is the remedial process.
- Germs don’t cause disease but found in diseased condition.
- Food is the building material but does not increase vitality.
- Fasting doesn’t cure the disease but creates the environment to heal.
- Exercise or physical activities keep the balance between nutrition and drainage.
- External treatments, no matter what pathies they belong to, give only relief. They do not cure the disease.
- The patient’s own wish to get well, determination, and faith in natural healing power plays an important role in the healing process.
These Principles are the backbone of the whole Naturopathy system. The one who understands these Principles in detail and adopts them in their life, can win over diseases and can, live a disease-free, healthy life.
Don’t worry I am here for you, I will spotlight all these principles in detail, one by one in my upcoming blogs so stay tuned and stay healthy. Thank you
