Each session moves at your pace. Over 10 to 15 sessions, you’ll learn a complete yoga routine tailored to your condition and lifestyle. Our goal is not only to help you feel better, but also to give you the tools and confidence to continue your practice independently.
We offer both online and offline sessions, so you can choose what works best for you. If needed, you’re always welcome to visit the clinic with your yoga mat for a more hands-on experience. And once your initial plan is complete, we’re happy to schedule weekly follow-up sessions if you wish — to keep you feeling supported and steady on your journey.
